Salary: $49K - 63K CAD

What you will do

• Process files from various educational regions and verify if documentation meets WES requirements.
• Assess credentials and verify academic information for accuracy and consistency against source documents.
• Develop and apply knowledge of international education systems and academic documentation policies.
• Execute daily operational tasks to maintain organized and efficient workflow.
• Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure effective case processing.
• Ensure the strict security and privacy of all applicant information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Reading proficiency in German and/or French (comprehension of documents is required; speaking is not).
• Strong English language skills for reading and communication.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments using multiple systems simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Must be based in specific Canadian provinces or be willing to relocate.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of experience in credential processing and monitoring.
• Prior experience specifically with credential evaluations.
• Knowledge of international or foreign systems of education.
