Senior Salesforce & Conga CLM Administrator (Salesforce/Conga CLM)

Salary: $105,000–$165,000 annual base pay

What you will do

• Act as the primary Salesforce and Conga CLM subject-matter expert and hands-on builder for the Legal team.
• Lead stakeholder discovery, document requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and deliver solutions through configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Design and configure Salesforce and Conga CLM flows, automations, objects, page layouts, permissions, security models, templates, and workflows.
• Manage the CLM backlog, groom enhancements, troubleshoot defects, provide first-line support, and balance quick wins with larger initiatives.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, manage Jira work items, and collaborate with Legal, IT, and GTM Systems stakeholders.
• Use Gearset, DemandTools, CI/CD processes, sandbox environments, and AI tools to support deployments, governance, data management, and solution evaluation.

Requirements

• Current Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is required.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including Sales Cloud, account and contact management, opportunity management, reporting, dashboards, data structures, security models, permission sets, and profiles.
• Experience configuring Conga CLM, including contract templates, clause libraries, workflow and approval processes, and end-user support.
• Business analysis experience gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translating business needs into solution designs.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira or similar tools, test planning, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Strong communication, facilitation, prioritization, attention to detail, and follow-through skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or other Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with Harvey, Ivo, Claude Enterprise, Gearset, Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, Einstein AI, Informatica, or OIC.
• Background in Legal, Procurement, or Contract Management.
