What you will do

• Survey technical landscapes to identify optimal tools and platforms for modernization.
• Develop solutions leveraging generative AI and traditional engineering to extract business rules from legacy systems.
• Build prototypes and PoCs to showcase modernization capabilities.
• Design strategies for translating legacy architectures into modern technology stacks.
• Validate replacement applications to reduce risk and ensure functional parity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to align modernization strategies with constraints.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must reside in one of the listed US states (Contiguous US).
• Strong knowledge of legacy system modernization and migration patterns.
• Experience refactoring and extending complex full-stack applications.
• Proven ability to rapidly prototype concepts and validate technical feasibility.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience with generative AI, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Human-Centered Design (HCD).
• Experience in highly regulated environments or government agencies.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and event-driven systems.
