Location: Must be based in San Francisco and able to work in-office 3+ days per week

Compensation: $175,000 – $250,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Build and ship end-to-end AI features that drive revenue for over 1,500 customers.
• Collaborate directly with customers to validate features and iterate based on real-world feedback.
• Make foundational technical decisions regarding agent memory and outbound strategy primitives.
• Mentor team members through code and design reviews and pair programming on complex problems.
• Iterate on product metrics to ensure high-impact delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional engineering experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Production experience with AI features, including debugging agents and building evaluation frameworks.
• Strong product intuition regarding human-agent collaboration.
• Willingness to engage directly with customers to validate features.
• Must be based in San Francisco and available for in-office work 3+ days per week.
