What you will do
- Own large-scale features end-to-end, from design and deployment to monitoring.
- Develop scalable, event-driven, AI-native applications to improve customer experience.
- Implement and ensure the safety of AI/agentic features in production systems.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical coaching.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to align technical outcomes with business goals.
- Drive adoption of AI developer tooling and observability practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-stack experience.
- Must be based in the US.
- Expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Proven experience building distributed, cloud-native applications using serverless architectures.
- Demonstrated success shipping AI/LLM features to production.
- Strong skills in API design and data modeling for event-driven systems.
