TL;DR

Senior Web Designer (Fintech): Designing and maintaining high-impact landing pages for a global multi-asset broker with an accent on user experience, visual aesthetics, and marketing campaign alignment. Focus on creating functional, responsive web designs using Figma and Adobe Suite while collaborating with marketing teams to optimize performance and brand consistency.

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Larnaca, Cyprus (Hybrid: 2 days remote per week).

What you will do

  • Design and develop landing pages that effectively communicate marketing campaigns and engage target audiences.
  • Ensure all designs are optimized for functionality, usability, and aesthetics across all devices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align web designs with campaign narratives and goals.
  • Conduct regular testing and updates to maintain effective and modern web presence.
  • Monitor and analyze landing page performance to make data-driven adjustments.
  • Maintain design consistency across all web assets according to brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in Cyprus.
  • Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio of landing page designs.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of front-end development languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
