What you will do

• Design intuitive UI/UX solutions for complex enterprise web applications.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Analyze existing screens and workflows to propose usability and visual enhancements.
• Design data-intensive interfaces, including dashboards and grid-based screens.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams to ensure clear handoff.
• Contribute to design consistency through reusable patterns and high-quality design standards.

Requirements

• Strong proven experience in UI/UX design for complex, data-intensive web applications.
• Expert proficiency in Figma for wireframing, mocking up, and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, usability, and responsive design.
• Ability to work effectively within an international and distributed team.
• English: Strong written and spoken communication skills required.
• Location: Ability to work in a hybrid model in Bucharest, Romania.

• Experience with ag-Grid or similar advanced data-grid components.
