TL;DR

Senior Graphic/Web Designer (Fintech): Designing and maintaining high-converting landing pages for marketing campaigns with an accent on user experience and visual aesthetics. Focus on creating functional web designs using Figma and Adobe Suite to enhance user engagement across all devices.

Location: Hybrid (Larnaca, Cyprus). Applicants must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in Cyprus. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are available.

What you will do

  • Design and develop landing pages that effectively communicate marketing campaigns and engage target audiences.
  • Optimize landing pages for functionality, usability, and visual aesthetics across all devices and platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align web designs with campaign narratives and goals.
  • Conduct regular testing and updates to ensure landing pages remain effective and modern.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all web pages by adhering to guidelines.
  • Analyze visitor interaction and performance data to make design adjustments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio of successful landing page designs.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
  • Excellent visual design skills and sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Legal authorization to work in Cyprus.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
