What you will do

• Design and produce high-performing creative assets for paid social, display advertising, email marketing, landing pages, and direct mail.
• Translate performance hypotheses and testing strategies into channel-specific creative variations optimized for conversion.
• Build and maintain modular design systems and templates to enable scalable marketing execution.
• Develop email design frameworks supporting A/B testing and lifecycle campaigns.
• Own direct mail creative execution, ensuring alignment with print specifications and campaign goals.
• Maintain visual brand consistency across all marketing channels to prevent design drift.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in visual or performance-driven design within marketing or digital product environments.
• Proven portfolio of multi-channel design work (paid social, display, email, landing pages) with measurable impact.
• Experience building scalable design systems, templates, and reusable assets.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or Premiere).
• Ability to collaborate with marketers, product managers, and non-design stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email implementation.
