What you will do

• Oversee the Demand Management process and associated supporting workflows.
• Manage the GO Product catalogue, technical/data roadmaps, and organizational policies.
• Analyze insurance business needs and technical environment challenges for Opcos.
• Lead GO Operations project and program delivery, managing inter-dependencies across GO Programs.
• Design processes and manage the product pricing model and cost of ownership.
• Apply ITIL disciplines within a multicultural, global environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in demand management.
• Strong expertise in ITIL disciplines and process design.
• Deep knowledge of Product families GO structure and AXA GO Product catalogue.
• Experience with insurance business needs and technical environments.
• Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal for a hybrid work setup.
• Proficiency in English for working in a global environment.
