What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including onboarding, implementation, adoption, and renewals.
- Act as a strategic advisor to C-suite executives, aligning platform capabilities with customer business outcomes.
- Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to demonstrate value realization and influence long-term investment decisions.
- Monitor platform usage and health, deploying targeted action plans to mitigate risks and drive sustained adoption.
- Identify and drive platform expansion opportunities, including AI use cases, across key business functions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Partners to develop pipeline and ensure predictable commercial growth.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, presales, or management consulting.
- Deep subject matter expertise in FP&A or Supply Chain Planning.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Enterprise Planning & Analytics.
- Proven track record of driving renewals, expansion, and measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, operations, or supply chain.
