What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including onboarding, implementation, adoption, and renewals.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to C-suite executives, aligning platform capabilities with customer business outcomes.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to demonstrate value realization and influence long-term investment decisions.
  • Monitor platform usage and health, deploying targeted action plans to mitigate risks and drive sustained adoption.
  • Identify and drive platform expansion opportunities, including AI use cases, across key business functions.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Partners to develop pipeline and ensure predictable commercial growth.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, presales, or management consulting.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in FP&A or Supply Chain Planning.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Enterprise Planning & Analytics.
  • Proven track record of driving renewals, expansion, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, operations, or supply chain.
