TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (Federal): Managing strategic relationships with large federal agencies to drive adoption and business value for hirify.global’s identity infrastructure with an accent on government compliance and executive alignment. Focus on navigating complex regulatory environments, ensuring retention, and orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver concrete outcomes for public sector customers.

Location: Must be based in Maryland, Virginia, or Washington, DC.

Salary: $151,000 – $207,900 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with federal agency stakeholders to ensure retention and ROI.
  • Create and implement proactive customer success plans and Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs).
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams including Sales, Support, and Engineering.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes for agency leaders.
  • Identify renewal risks and proactively spot expansion opportunities within the federal sector.
  • Provide insights on product features to guide customers through their digital transformation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting with large federal agencies.
  • US Citizenship required due to federal environment access requirements.
  • Must remain living in the U.S. while in this role.
  • Deep understanding of government regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills for C-level executive engagement.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
