What you will do

• Present hirify.global technology and the AI Data Cloud vision to executive and technical audiences.
• Lead the sales cycle from initial demonstration to proof of concept and final implementation.
• Collaborate with sales teams and channel partners to strategize and win complex enterprise deals.
• Maintain deep expertise in competitive technologies and position hirify.global effectively against them.
• Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to provide feedback and improve product offerings.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of industry pre-sales experience.
• Must be based in the UAE or South Africa.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Python and SQL.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and lakehouse architectures.
• Proven experience with value-based sales methodologies like MEDDPIC/MEDDIC.
• Ability to demonstrate Generative AI and Machine Learning use cases for enterprises.

Nice to have

• Arabic fluency is highly desirable.
