What you will do

• Enhance overall company performance across different business units.
• Own full responsibility for growth team decisions in your business line.
• Define and establish new growth strategies to improve key business metrics.
• Implement end-to-end solutions and projects with high impact.
• Collaborate with people and projects across multiple markets and teams in an international environment (up to 40 countries).
• Report directly to the global growth direction.

Requirements

• +6 years of experience in an analytics & business role.
• Proven experience building trust to lead teams or key projects.
• Engineering bachelor (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, or Aeronautics) or Maths/Statistics/Data Analytics/Strategy background.
• Fluent German and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work across many departments and business cases.
• Data-driven mindset that turns numbers into strategic and business decisions.
