What you will do

• Deliver live workshops and training sessions for business leaders.
• Create educational content, assessments, and project-based learning materials.
• Design practical exercises, guides, and competency frameworks for AI adoption.
• Review content for technical accuracy and industry relevance.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to continuously improve learning outcomes.
• Shape curriculum strategy and program direction as a Subject Matter Expert.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, AI adoption, or business/IT leadership.
• Hands-on experience leading AI implementation initiatives, including vendor selection and rollouts.
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical managerial audiences.
• Experience delivering professional training, workshops, or facilitation.
• Availability to collaborate within European time zones.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience creating competency maps, maturity frameworks, or curriculum structures.
• Ability to distinguish high-ROI AI applications from industry hype.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks such as ADKAR or Prosci.
