What you will do

• Process Housing and Council tax changes and perform telephony duties.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and letter to meet contractual requirements.
• Maintain high workloads in line with Right Time and Right Benefit Indicators.
• Coach and mentor junior staff and share best practices with the wider team.
• Stay updated with the latest publications, briefing notes, and bulletins.
• Contribute ideas to improve business centre operations and productivity.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Housing Benefits and Council Tax.
• Proven problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• IT competence and the ability to deliver under pressure.
• Must demonstrate pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.
