What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact and Microsoft cloud specialist for your customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers.
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive Microsoft cloud growth and retention.
- Manage the full subscription lifecycle, including renewals, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and Microsoft stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Act as the voice of the customer to improve service delivery and growth.
Requirements
- Experience in customer success, account management, or sales within a customer-facing environment.
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the Milton Keynes office.
- Strong interest in learning and developing knowledge across Microsoft cloud products.
- Proven track record of managing and growing customer accounts with a focus on retention.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Commercially minded approach with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
