What you will do

• Analyze financial performance, including revenue trends, KPIs, and business drivers.
• Ensure compliance with SEC and NASDAQ disclosure requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Investor Relations, FP&A, Equity Research, or Investment Banking.
• Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience working with a publicly traded company, preferably U.S.-listed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
