Investor Relations Director (Gaming)

What you will do

• Lead investor relations strategy, market positioning, and external messaging.
• Develop and communicate the company’s investment story in line with business strategy and financial performance.
• Act as a key contact for investors, analysts, and other market participants.
• Prepare quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, scripts, FAQs, and supporting analysis.
• Analyze revenue, margins, cash flow, KPIs, variances, forecasts, and business drivers.
• Build financial models, valuation analyses, peer benchmarks, and consensus tracking while supporting executive and Board presentations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Investor Relations, FP&A, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, or a related field.
• Strong experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, financial modeling, KPI analysis, and performance reviews.
• Experience with a publicly traded company, preferably one listed in the United States.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, valuation, and public company reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English are required.

Nice to have

• Background in technology, gaming, digital entertainment, internet, or consumer technology.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or an equivalent qualification.
