What you will do

• Develop and execute customized marketing strategies aligned with client goals and revenue growth.
• Analyze performance data from Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and GA4 to provide actionable insights and reports.
• Manage weekly client communication and project workflows via internal management systems.
• Expand client accounts by identifying upselling opportunities and growing delivered services.
• Mentor Client Success Coordinators and collaborate cross-functionally with analysts and strategists.

Requirements

• 3+ years of account management experience within a fast-growing digital marketing agency.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Hands-on experience with Paid Media and SEO strategies.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).

Nice to have

• Certifications in Google Ads (Search and Display) and Google Analytics (GA4).
• Certification in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing.
