What you will do

• Drive market-wide quality and savings targets by executing core ACO transformation strategies.
• Analyze market-level performance gaps and implement corrective actions to address variances.
• Lead and provide daily guidance to a team of Practice Transformation Specialists (PTS).
• Provide frontline feedback to refine the virtual service delivery model and the Explorer Program.
• Cultivate internal partnerships to align strategic priorities and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in Value-Based Care (VBC) with a record of delivering quality and financial outcomes.
• 6-8 years of experience utilizing healthcare data analytics to solve complex problems.
• 3-5 years of experience managing a structured team with at least 3 direct reports.
• Must be based in the US and comfortable working across all US time zones.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
