What you will do

• Lead a team responsible for the strategic design, execution, and operational oversight of vendor partnerships.
• Direct the development and deployment of partnership selection processes, including standardized RFP procedures.
• Oversee performance management through KPIs, SLAs, and governance procedures to support CAP management.
• Facilitate the alignment of vendor partnership strategies with larger business goals and senior leadership expectations.
• Lead innovation forums with strategic vendor partners to identify and implement growth opportunities.
• Manage department operations, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and budget authority.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5-7 years of Strategic Planning experience.
• 5-7 years of Management experience.
• 3-5 years of Project Management experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Program Management, and/or the Healthcare Industry.
• Must be based in Pennsylvania.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree in Business Administration or Management.
