What you will do

• Translate Business Area strategy into a clear DBC direction to accelerate the Digital Shift.
• Own and develop the DBC strategy and internal OKRs.
• Manage funding for process teams in collaboration with process owners and Business Control.
• Implement an operating model that combines project-based and agile ways of working.
• Define business outcomes and key results for all process teams.
• Steer overall capacity and evolve target architecture, including AI transformation and build-versus-buy decisions.

Requirements

• Experience in complex senior environments navigating both business and digital perspectives.
• Proven track record with agile ways of working and agile transformation.
• Strong experience in program and project management.
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture.
• Competence in process development and process frameworks.
• Ability to prioritize work in collaboration with senior management.
