What you will do

• Manage and mentor engineers, overseeing performance reviews, career growth, and training.
• Lead the recruitment process as a top priority to build a high-performing engineering team.
• Develop and implement standardized work processes across CI/CD, test-bench, and developer-tooling.
• Audit and optimize internal tooling, deciding between off-the-shelf and custom solutions.
• Contribute to organizational strategy, reorganizing modules to optimize cross-functional delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership to define the company's long-term technical vision.

Requirements

• Strong academic record in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience transitioning from an Individual Contributor (IC) to a management role.
• Experience leading platform-engineering or DevEx teams at a hardware-plus-software company.
• Direct ownership of CI/CD, build infrastructure, and hardware-in-the-loop/software-in-the-loop testing.
• Experience serving a large internal customer base of at least 50 engineers.
• Location: Must be based in Paris for on-site work.
