What you will do

• Act as a dedicated people manager, overseeing performance reviews, career growth, and training for engineering teams.
• Own the recruitment process to build and maintain an effective engineering team in a competitive talent market.
• Develop and implement standardized work processes across ML, data, and applied AI engineering teams.
• Audit and improve internal tooling to ensure engineers have the best resources for high-quality output.
• Contribute to organizational strategy by optimizing cross-functional delivery and team structures.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape the long-term technical vision and execution plans.

Requirements

• Strong academic background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience as an Individual Contributor who successfully transitioned into a management role.
• Direct experience leading applied ML or autonomy engineering teams that have shipped production AI systems.
• Hands-on background in multi-agent systems, fleet orchestration, scene understanding, or mission planning.
• Exceptional soft skills and communication abilities with a high bar for excellence.
