What you will do

  • Conduct 1:1 strategy sessions via Zoom to understand client needs and present tailored financial solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery to enrollment and VIP upsells.
  • Build and maintain a referral-driven pipeline by cultivating relationships with clients and affiliate partners.
  • Utilize consultative, question-based selling frameworks to guide prospects through major financial decisions.
  • Maintain rigorous discipline in CRM tracking, follow-up activities, and pipeline management.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of six-figure earnings in consultative sales roles.
  • 3+ years of experience closing high-ticket services or programs ($5K+).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a full-cycle sales process independently.
  • Strong proficiency in virtual selling tools, specifically Zoom and CRM systems.
  • Must be able to accommodate client time zones.
  • High integrity and a commitment to ethical, non-manipulative sales practices.

Nice to have

  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance sales productivity and workflow.
  • Existing network of centers of influence such as CPAs or business owners.
