What you will do

• Support and maintain InterSystems HealthShare, Health Connect, and IRIS platforms in production environments.
• Develop automation solutions and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Ansible.
• Perform system administration including installation, configuration, patching, backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
• Manage certificate lifecycles and security integrations including OAuth, SSO, and ADFS.
• Provide Tier 3 production support and troubleshoot complex technical infrastructure issues.
• Configure monitoring and alerting tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and CloudWatch.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of professional experience in IT, healthcare IT, or federal government contracting.
• Hands-on experience with InterSystems HealthShare, IRIS, Ensemble, or Cache.
• Experience with Linux/Unix systems and AWS cloud platforms.
• Must reside within the continental US.
• Ability to obtain and maintain government clearance and undergo fingerprinting.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) healthcare systems.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or similar cloud certification.
• Experience with Python scripting and infrastructure automation.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability platforms.
