hirify.global is a startup building a smart financial platform to replace legacy ERPs with automated accounting and real-time reporting for global companies.

What you will do

• Build and maintain integrations with major CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and HRM systems (BambooHR, Personio, Deel, Workday).
• Own the integration patterns and shared libraries for CRM/HRM connectors.
• Collaborate directly with customers during onboarding to configure and troubleshoot their integrations.
• Document APIs and integration approaches to scale team knowledge.
• Triage and resolve integration-related production issues.
• Partner with Product to prioritize new connector development based on customer demand.

Requirements

• Strong backend engineering skills, preferably in Kotlin or Java/JVM.
• Experience building and maintaining third-party API integrations.
• Proficiency with OAuth flows, webhooks, and handling API rate limiting.
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with at least one major CRM or HRM platform's API.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity and applying first-principles thinking to new problems.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial data or ERP integrations.
• Previous work in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Exposure to AWS (EKS, Lambda, RDS).
