What you will do

• Architect and scale integration solutions for ERP, HRIS, TMS, and collaboration platforms using Workato and API-driven patterns.
• Define and own the enterprise integration architecture blueprint, including system abstraction, process orchestration, and API contracts.
• Develop custom Workato connectors, recipes, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure quality and release discipline.
• Lead architectural reviews, create integration playbooks, and set engineering standards for the organization.
• Enable AI workflows to leverage enterprise integrations through callable recipes and protocols such as MCP.
• Partner with business stakeholders in Finance, HR, and Supply Chain to identify automation opportunities and prioritize the backlog.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise integration or solutions architecture in complex, large-scale environments.
• Deep hands-on expertise with iPaaS platforms (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi) and custom connector development.
• Strong command of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP) and event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, TypeScript, Ruby, or Go.
• Experience with AWS serverless/server-based services and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Must be based in or able to work from Mountain View, CA in a hybrid capacity.

Nice to have

• Advanced experience with Workato/MuleSoft platform administration and real-time messaging patterns.
• Experience integrating complex domains like Fleet Operations or Supply Chain at scale.
• Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
