What you will do

• Present data-driven insights to product management and senior leadership to influence product strategy.
• Build business cases for new product functionality and track effectiveness through key metrics and forecasting.
• Lead deep-dive analyses to frame product roadmap decisions.
• Design, develop, and maintain ongoing dashboards and underlying data sets.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure accurate data collection and reporting quality.
• Foster a data-centric culture by promoting best practices in data hygiene and governance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a data or product analyst, preferably in a growing tech company.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven ability to surface insights that drive measurable business performance.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data querying and manipulation.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis methods and product analytics methodologies.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
