Senior Product Manager (Core HR)

Location: Israel; hybrid work model with office and home-based work

What you will do

• Own a strategic Core HR product domain from discovery through delivery, launch, adoption, and ongoing iteration.
• Define and execute a roadmap supporting product growth and enterprise-grade customer experiences.
• Translate complex HR, workflow, configuration, planning, and data needs into intuitive and scalable product experiences.
• Lead product discovery with customers, prospects, customer-facing teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Legal, Security, and other product groups.
• Use product analytics, customer feedback, adoption metrics, and business impact to prioritize work and measure success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning complex product domains and delivering customer-facing impact from strategy through execution.
• Experience with complex data models, workflows, configuration, compliance, integrations, or enterprise-scale products.
• Strong analytical, strategic, systems-thinking, execution, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, make tradeoffs, influence without authority, and align multiple product and engineering teams.
• Advanced professional proficiency in Hebrew and English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in HRTech, FinTech, workforce management, payroll, planning, workflow management, or configuration-heavy products.
• Experience building products for enterprise or global customers.
• Experience with multi-product platforms, cross-domain product architecture, data-intensive products, automation, or workflow orchestration.
