What you will do

• Own a strategic Core HR product domain from discovery through delivery, launch, and adoption.
• Define and execute a product roadmap that supports enterprise-grade customer experiences.
• Translate complex HR, workflow, and data needs into intuitive and scalable product behaviors.
• Lead product discovery sessions with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, and other product groups to ensure connected experiences.
• Use product analytics and customer feedback to guide prioritization and measure success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of owning complex domains and delivering customer-facing impact.
• Experience with complex data models, workflows, configuration, or enterprise-grade scale.
• Advanced professional proficiency in Hebrew and English is a must.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to align cross-functional teams including R&D, Design, and GTM.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Israel.

Nice to have

• Experience in HRTech, FinTech, payroll, or workforce management.
• Experience building products for enterprise or global customers.
• Background with data-intensive products or workflow orchestration.
