What you will do

• Own the end-to-end feature lifecycle and co-lead the squad as a strategic partner to the Team Lead.
• Collaborate with R&D, Design, BI, Economy, and Marketing teams to drive product vision and execute strategy.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with business goals.
• Analyze requirements, write detailed PRDs and Jira tasks, and manage the development backlog.
• Lead UI/UX processes and create wireframes utilizing modern AI tools.
• Oversee A/B testing and feature launches, iterating based on data and user feedback.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience specifically within the gaming industry.
• Deep passion for games and strong understanding of gaming trends and player behavior.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions based on complex data.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High level of organization and a track record of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
