What you will do

  • Design and specify new game features from initial idea to the smallest detail.
  • Analyze business and player needs to drive product direction and feature development.
  • Work closely with art and development teams to refine and polish game features.
  • Research the casual gaming market and pitch innovative concepts for upcoming features and experiments.
  • Play a key role in the roadmap-building process and own the full product life cycle.
  • Monitor game KPIs to proactively identify opportunities, trends, and performance threats.

Requirements

  • Experienced B2C Product Manager from the gaming industry.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building products from inception to product-market fit.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Technical proficiency to understand complex game design architecture and conduct discussions with engineers.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to extreme ownership of projects.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in the gaming field.
  • Proven track record of shipping impactful games or features on live titles.
  • Experience in project management, analytics, and game economy.
  • Knowledge of Unity and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Cross-discipline experience in programming or art.
  • Experience working with off-shore teams.
