What you will do

• Design and deliver training experiences for partners, customers, and employees to ensure success with the hirify.global platform.
• Map training plans and facilitate comprehensive onboarding and technical training.
• Develop training materials aligned with business priorities and adapt curriculum for diverse audiences.
• Support the implementation and ongoing utilization of the myLearning LMS platform.
• Act as a product subject matter expert and maintain accurate customer interaction and quality case records.
• Collect and transfer partner and customer needs to Product Management and Development teams.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience delivering training across various modalities.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.
• Strong aptitude for learning and navigating new software platforms quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to plan and execute tasks efficiently.
• Ability to remain professional, patient, and composed during stressful customer interactions.
