What you will do

• Build and improve automation processes based on Airtable
• Integrate AI tools (GPT, Claude, etc.) into workflows for content generation and decision-making
• Design and implement new automation features and debug existing workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into structured technical solutions
• Prototype AI-driven solutions and document product logic in Confluence
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users via Slack

Requirements

• Basic programming skills in any language
• Strong logical and structured thinking
• Interest and experience with AI tools (GPT, Claude, etc.)
• Basic understanding of how APIs and integrations work
• Experience with Google Sheets or Excel
• English: B2+ level required

Nice to have

• Experience with Airtable, Zapier, Make, or other no-code tools
• Previous experience in automation or developing internal tools
• Understanding of marketing processes
