What you will do

• Build copilot and chatbot experiences using platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Glean.
• Implement agentic AI workflows and browser-based automations to streamline business processes.
• Develop and troubleshoot Python scripts to integrate enterprise APIs like Salesforce, Workday, and Google Workspace.
• Create and maintain automations using tools such as Workato, Zapier, and Okta Workflows.
• Monitor integrations and AI agents to triage incidents and identify performance improvements.
• Document design decisions and runbooks to facilitate team-wide adoption of automation solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco for the duration of the internship.
• Strong experience integrating applications using APIs.
• Proficiency in Python development.
• Proven ability to technically design and present solutions to customer requests.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with technology workflows and automation platforms.
• Experience with AI development.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure such as GCP or AWS.
