Focus on owning the partner lifecycle end-to-end, designing win-win commercial frameworks, and implementing non-traditional distribution plays.

What you will do

  • Manage the full channel partner lifecycle, including onboarding, account management, and growth across all markets.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and explore non-traditional distribution models to expand product reach.
  • Diagnose and fix leaks in the partner funnel by recommending productization to unlock scale.
  • Oversee the commercial aspects of partner deals from initiation to completion.
  • Lead and grow the existing UAE and KSA-based teams.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for critical partner relationships.

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken Arabic is non-negotiable.
  • Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or enterprise sales.
  • Track record of building GTM strategies, negotiating terms, and scaling playbooks.
  • Experience leveraging partnerships as a primary distribution channel for one or more products.
  • Ability to design win-win commercial frameworks and optimize funnel performance.
  • Must be based in or be able to work onsite in the UAE.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Fintech, BNPL, Payments, or with mall operators and aggregators.
  • History of distributing digital products targeted at retailers.
  • Multi-market GCC track record (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait).
  • Background in growth-stage or pre-IPO companies.
