TL;DR

Business Analyst (Payments): Driving the launch of a new financial product from concept to production with an accent on regulatory preparation and cross-functional delivery. Focus on managing end-to-end development, coordinating parallel streams, and building operational processes for compliance and support.

Location: Remote or hybrid from one of our offices.

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end product development process for both backend processing and client-facing UX.
  • Coordinate parallel development work across multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze vendor documentation and API specifications to align technical requirements.
  • Build and improve operational processes including Anti-Fraud, Compliance, and Customer Support.
  • Manage communication with external partners and vendors providing key solution components.
  • Prepare documentation for submission to banking regulators.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, specifically in payments or PSP products.
  • Proven experience managing distributed product development across multiple delivery teams.
  • Strong skills in requirements management, elicitation, and change control.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and release coordination.
  • Ability to document complex processes using BPMN or equivalent standards.
  • English: B2 or higher required for international communication.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams.
  • Background in internal audits and regulatory documentation.
