What you will do

• Provide first-line support for payment-related incidents and monitor payment flows and alerts.
• Support product delivery by collecting business needs, drafting user stories, and participating in UAT.
• Analyze transaction discrepancies and resolve merchant-related operational issues.
• Collaborate with data teams to create and enhance operational dashboards.
• Coordinate between business, operations, and IT teams within an Agile framework.
• Assist with Purchase Order (PO) processing and invoice verification.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, payments, data, or consulting.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Bertrange, Luxembourg.
• Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple topics in parallel.

Nice to have

• Dutch language proficiency.
• Familiarity with Jira and Agile environments.
• Experience with operational or ticketing tools.
