What you will do

  • Assess and optimize existing Revit environments, templates, and BIM standards.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Revit API solutions, custom plugins, and Dynamo scripts.
  • Implement automation strategies to streamline design and engineering workflows.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to identify process improvements.
  • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Autodesk Revit environments.
  • Coach and mentor internal teams on BIM best practices and technical standards.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience with Autodesk Revit, BIM technologies, and design automation.
  • Strong expertise in Revit API development, custom plugin creation, and Dynamo scripting.
  • Proven experience implementing BIM workflows within large organizations.
  • Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud or Navisworks.
