What you will do

• Execute NEXUM implementations, including installations, environment changes, and module configuration.
• Provision and configure hosted environments across multi-tenant and single-tenant platforms.
• Support version upgrades by managing SQL scripts and validating deployment outcomes.
• Deploy and configure web applications using Microsoft IIS, including site bindings and SSL.
• Configure and test third-party system integrations via REST APIs.
• Manage data migration activities and provide post-go-live technical support.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Croydon, UK.
• Experience in a software implementation, deployment, or technical support role within a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL scripting.
• Hands-on experience configuring Microsoft IIS for web application deployment.
• Understanding of REST APIs, system integrations, and Windows-based server environments.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts like DNS, VPNs, SFTP, and SMTP.

Nice to have

• Experience working with legal, financial services, or regulated customers.
• Basic scripting or automation experience, such as PowerShell.
• Experience supporting system integrations or data imports.
