What you will do

• Concept, shoot, and edit social-first content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Develop authentic, platform-native content that translates brand purpose into relatable moments.
• Produce reactive, real-time content that connects the brand to trending cultural conversations.
• Storyboard and present creative concepts with clear platform rationale.
• Collaborate with social media managers to align content with publishing calendars and engagement goals.
• Utilize Gen AI tools to support ideation, visual references, and content iteration.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK.
• 2-4 years of experience in social content creation with a portfolio of platform-native work.
• Technical proficiency in shooting (smartphone/DSLR) and editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva).
• Deep understanding of social platform algorithms and cultural trends.
• Experience creating content for consumer brands, ideally in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle.
• Professional proficiency in English.

• Motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects).
• Experience with social analytics and accessibility standards.
• Background in an in-house agency or social-specialist team.
