What you will do

• Create platform-native short-form videos and static content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• Develop creative concepts that align brands with cultural moments and platform-specific behaviors.
• Produce high-volume, modular content and templates for efficient localization and scaling.
• Collaborate with Social Media Managers, Strategists, and Data Analysts to iterate content based on performance data.
• Implement Gen AI tools to optimize ideation, scripting, and production workflows.
• Manage content adaptation for different markets, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of social-first short-form video and static content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva, and Figma.
• Experience working in high-volume agency or studio environments.
• Must be based in London for a hybrid work arrangement (2-3 days in office).
• Proven experience using Gen AI tools for content production and workflow optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple content streams and deliver high-quality work at pace.

Nice to have

• Experience creating content for FMCG brands.
• Knowledge of paid social best practices, including variants and testing.
• Experience building scalable content systems or localization libraries.
