What you will do

• Set and uphold creative standards for all studio content, including always-on, campaign, and reactive assets.
• Lead hands-on creation of short-form video, static, and motion content to demonstrate best practices.
• Develop modular content systems, templates, and localisation-ready assets for high-volume output across markets.
• Mentor and lead Content Creators, providing clear direction and actionable feedback on craft and execution.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Social, and Data teams to ensure content reflects performance insights and commercial goals.
• Manage production budgets, source suppliers, and oversee collaborations with external creators and influencers.

Requirements

• Strong creative concepting ability and hands-on experience in short-form video and motion content for social.
• Advanced knowledge of platform best practices across major social channels to drive engagement.
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva, Figma, or equivalent tools.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom (Hybrid).
• Expert-level proficiency with Gen AI tools for concepting, editing, and production workflow optimisation.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring content teams and managing production budgets.

• Background in social content creation for consumer brands, particularly within FMCG.
