What you will do

• Localize, write, and transcreate compelling content across all user-facing touchpoints.
• Partner with product, design, and SEO teams to execute content strategies for new features.
• Manage AI-native localization workflows, including prompt design and machine translation optimization.
• Synthesize local user research and market trends to challenge global assumptions.
• Initiate and support A/B tests to measure the impact of localized content on conversion.
• Maintain linguistic quality and brand voice while proactively identifying UX improvements.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in French and deep cultural authority in the market.
• 5+ years of experience in localization, UX writing, or content design within a global tech or ecommerce company.
• 3+ years of experience working with translation management systems and linguistic quality assurance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of UX content methodologies and design tools like Figma or Miro.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships with cross-functional teams.
