Solution Engineer, Strategic GSI Partnerships (CX/AI): Leading functional and technical engagement with global system integrator partners (Capgemini, Accenture, Deloitte) to accelerate solution adoption across UKI and Europe with an accent on solution mapping, POCs, and technical validation. Focus on translating complex business challenges into scalable solution architectures and driving technical narratives for enterprise-level transformation programmes.
Location: Remote (Must be based in the United Kingdom)

What you will do
- Drive adoption of the portfolio within strategic GSI partners (Capgemini, Accenture, Deloitte) across UKI and Europe.
- Lead functional and technical discovery, solution design, and the execution of POCs for in-flight opportunities.
- Develop repeatable solution plays, demo storyboards, and technical narratives for partner enablement.
- Translate customer business challenges into clear solution architectures and value messages.
- Support technical responses to RFIs, RFPs, and partner-led bid submissions.
- Collaborate with Product and Partner Sales teams to improve solution differentiation and repeatability.
Requirements
- Strong experience in solution engineering, presales, or technical consulting.
- Proven track record of enabling or selling through Global System Integrators (GSIs).
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives, architects, and technical teams.
- Experience building demo storyboards and technical validation plans.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
