What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of activation managers within the outdoor hub.
• Manage weekly revenue, pricing, and product mix to achieve profit and total revenue targets.
• Proactively pitch products and make recommendations based on audience outcomes and client needs.
• Develop and deliver educational sessions and thought leadership pieces to build brand authority.
• Maintain and grow influential relationships with senior stakeholders and specialist planning teams.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and efficient day-to-day business operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading high-performing media sales teams.
• Strong professional understanding of Outdoor media planning and buying.
• Advanced negotiation, communication, and personal organization skills.
• Proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience using industry measurement tools such as ROUTE.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in London
