What you will do

• Supervise Live Dealers and Shufflers to ensure strict adherence to multi-state gaming regulations.
• Monitor studio operations and implement management-directed policies to maintain game integrity.
• Swiftly address and resolve technical disruptions within the studio environment.
• Handle guest escalations and inquiries regarding game-related issues professionally.
• Assist the Site Manager with daily operational tasks and performance testing of gaming applications.
• Maintain a professional workplace environment and support the development of team members.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a New Jersey Gaming License and West Virginia Casino Employee Registration.
• At least 1 year of supervisory and customer service experience.
• Basic-to-intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks including dealing, shuffling, and counting cards.
• Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
