Salary: €30,000 - €60,500

What you will do

• Build product features using Spec Driven Development, defining clear behaviors and constraints before shipping.
• Design and implement reusable AI skills to automate workflows and integration processes.
• Develop and maintain evaluation frameworks (Evals) to ensure quality and reliability of AI outputs.
• Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to ground AI responses in trusted company data.
• Design human-in-the-loop and agentic workflows to automate business processes with user oversight.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to embed AI natively into core user experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and shipping real AI-powered systems or workflows in production.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals regardless of the specific language stack.
• Product-first mindset with the ability to design complete user experiences.
• Knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms, and general system design.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Barcelona or Madrid offices.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, skill-based agents, and MCP or other AI protocols.
