Salary: € 8,250 - € 9,350 per month

What you will do
- Define the long-term direction and investment strategy for the portfolio area to keep the product ahead of customer needs.
- Reimagine the product experience by translating AI and agent capabilities into clear product narratives and customer value.
- Take full ownership of portfolio outcomes, including adoption, retention, expansion, and market position.
- Drive decision velocity and set sharp strategic intent to enable engineering teams to execute efficiently.
- Align cross-functional leadership, including Engineering, Design, and Commercial stakeholders, around priorities and sequencing.
- Optimize product packaging and pricing models to align with outcome-based value shifts.
- Lead and coach a team of product managers, raising the bar for how they utilize modern AI tools in their practice.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience leading product at Director or Group Product Manager level for complex SaaS or platform products.
- Fluency in using AI tools in product practice and a strong conviction on how AI/agents are changing service management.
- Proven track record of owning business outcomes rather than simple delivery metrics.
- Experience in packaging, pricing, and positioning for complex enterprise products.
- Strong ability to align multiple cross-functional teams around large-scale initiatives.
- Excellent storytelling and stakeholder management skills up to the executive level.
