What you will do

• Design, build, and ship new features and optimizations for platform infrastructure.
• Ensure systems remain fast, reliable, and scalable on a global scale.
• Collaborate with product, design, and customer success teams to solve complex problems.
• Prioritize security and quality through rigorous testing and monitoring.
• Mentor other engineers through code reviews and documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience building and maintaining complex distributed systems in production.
• Proficiency in Python (Django), Golang, Rust, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience with AWS services (ECS, Lambda, S3, Kinesis, CloudFront) and Terraform.
• Knowledge of container runtimes and event-driven architectures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in Ireland or the UK with valid work authorization.
